Dear Father in Heaven,

I know that I am a sinner, I know that I need forgiveness of all sins. I believe that YOUR son Jesus died on the cross for all my sins and I know that Jesus rose from the grave to give me eternal life. Lord Jesus, I know that You are the only way to God, that there is no other way. I no longer want to disobey you but I want to live for you. Please forgive me, change my life, my thinking and restore my relationship with YOU. I want to be YOUR child, thank you Father, In Jesus name. Amen.
